Nutella Cookies (3 Ingredients)



Ingredients

1 c nutella
1 c flour
1 egg

Icing Drizzle

2-3 T icing sugar
1 T milk
1/8 t vanilla







These were so easy to make and took no time at all. They are sooo good, and not too sweet. I saw some recipes for these that called for a cup of sugar instead of the flour! That would have been way too much. The flour is much better and gives these a chewy texture.














1 Just combine the flour and nutella, it will look kind of crumbly and a mixture of white and brown.
2. Stir in egg, stirring will become really hard to do, so if you want to use a hand mixer that might be better, or even use your hands (as long as they are clean!)
3. Form into a ball, and spoon out desired size of dough, shape into a rounded ball and place 1-2 inches apart.
4. Bake for 13-15 minutes in a preheated 350ยบ oven







Let these cool completely on a wire rack before icing.

In a bowl mix the icing sugar, vanilla and milk (add the milk in gradually until you get the desired consistency).

I put the wire rack over a parchment lined cookie sheet, then took a spoon and basically just spun it around in circles and back and forth with the icing until the cookies were covered.

Let them cool and set completely and then enjoy! This dough made 2 and a 1/2 dozen cookies for me.
