Oatmeal (Done Right!)


This is a perfect start to your day. Delicious, warm and satisfying!


Ingredients

1/2 c oats
1 c heavy cream
1 T dark brown sugar
1 t vanilla extract
1/8 t salt
1/2 banana
2 strawberries






1. Add oats, heavy cream, vanilla, brown sugar and salt to a microwave safe bowl. (Tip: place a paper plate under the bowl as sometimes it tends to bubble over.)
2. Heat on high for 4 minutes
3. Slice bananas and strawberries.
4. Carefully remove bowl from microwave as it will be hot.
5. Stir completely as when it comes out it will look very wet, but once you stir it firms up. Top with strawberries and bananas.
