Tacos

Ingredients

Taco meat:

1lb hamburger
1 medium red onion
2 t cumin
2 t garlic powder
2 t chili powder
1 t onion powder
2 t pepper
1 t oregano
1 t salt
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce

Guacamole

3 ripe avacodos
1/4 c cilantro
1/4 c red onion
2 T lemon juice
1 t garlic powder
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
(if you like heat feel free to add more.)
salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet  heat a tablespoon of oil, add in finely diced onion and a pinch of salt, saute until onions are translucent.

Add in hamburger and cook until done, drain off excess grease, put back in the pan and turn heat down to low

Add in seasonings and Worcestershire sauce and cook for five to seven minutes until seasonings are cooked off and all liquid has reduced down.

Serve with homemade guacamole, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes in corn taco shells (I used store bought taco shells, just follow the directions on the box for heating them before use.)

Guacamole

Finely dice red onion and cilantro, toss in a bowl,

scoop out avocados into bowl.

Add lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder and crushed red pepper flakes,

mash the avocados with the back of a fork and mix all ingredients well until combined.
