Taco Biscuit Bombs



Ingredients:
Taco Seasoning mixture:
cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper tsp of each

1lb of hamburger,
two cups of shredded cheese,
1 sweet potato, cut into small pieces and parboiled in the microwave 6 minutes,
half a small onion finely diced,
1/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce,
24 Pillsbury Southern Style frozen biscuits, completely thawed





  1. Mix all of the seasonings, cheese, parboiled sweet potatoes, and onions with the raw hamburger.
  2. Roll out the biscuits into rounds large enough to fit around about a golf ball size of the hamburger mixture.
  3. Pull the edges up and over the hamburger and put them in a greased cupcake tin and bake for 20 minutes at 430F
