Chicken Stirfry


 

1lb of protein (chicken, turkey, beef, pork, ect)

1/2 lb brussels sprouts trimmed and shredded

1/2lb broccoli trimmed and cut into pieces

1 large onion

1 medium carrot cut into strips

1 medium red pepper sliced into strips

10 or 12 shoshito peppers sliced into strips

 

Sauce:

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup oyster sauce

2TBSP honey

1/2 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 tblsp of cornstarch

1 tsp (two cloves) of garlic

1 tsp green onion or chives

 

You can use rice or noodles

 

Once all veggies are prepped saute them on high heat in about 2 tblsps of oil until tender. Remove them from the pan and set aside

Saute your protein of choice until browned, add veggies back in and pour in the sauce, lower heat and cook until sauce is thickened and the veggies and protein are cooked through.

 

Cook your rice or noodles as normal.
