Pork and Broccoli Fried Rice


1/2 lb cooked pork tenderloin, diced
1 bag frozen broccoli
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1 c cooked rice
2 cloves garlic minced

Pork Marinade

2 T brown sugar
1/4 c soy sauce
1/3 c worchestershire sauce
1/3 c water
1 t paprika
1 T ginger
1 t garlic



1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over diced pork, marinade for 1 to 2 hours

2. In a large skillet heat 2 T of olive oil, then add in onions and saute until translucent, add in garlic and saute until garlic becomes fragrant.

3. Drain excess marinade off of pork then add to onions and garlic. Cook until heated through. Then toss in broccoli, steam until broccoli is softened.  Toss in rice, add another T of soy sauce and cook until rice is heated and coated, continuously stirring until done.
