Sausage and Spinach Bowtie Pasta


Ingredients:

1 Bag Baby Spinach
5 Sausages (I used Johnsonville's Beddar with Cheddar smoked sausage)
1 lb Bowtie Pasta
1/2 C sour cream or creme fraiche
1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium red onion
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced






1. Put a pot of water on to boil for the pasta and add salt. Place sausages on a greased aluminum lined cookie sheet and cook in oven for 25 minutes at 450ยบ F
2. Chop onion and mince garlic, saute in a frying pan until cooked through. Boil pasta for 6 minutes
3. Toss with spinach and onions and garlic and sausage. Add in the sour cream/creme fraiche, and cheese. Stir until spinach is wilted.
