Beef and Broccoli


Ingredients:

1lb of fajita beef cut into thin strips
1 large red onion
1 8 oz bag of frozen broccoli
1/2 c dark soy sauce
1 t ginger
1 t garlic
1/4 c brown sugar
2 T cornstarch







  1. Heat about a table spoon of olive oil in a skillet
  2. Add roughly chopped onions, saute until translucent
  3. Add beef, cook on medium high heat until cooked through
  4. Add broccoli and steam for approximately 2 to 3 minutes
  5. Pour over sauce, bring to boil and then let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
serve over white rice or noodles
