lb thinly sliced flank steak
2 green bell peppers
1 medium red onion
1/2 c dark soy sauce
1 t ginger
1 t garlic
1/4 c brown sugar
2 T cornstarch
1/4 c corn oil
Cut steak and peppers into thin strips. Slice onions
In a small bowl mix ingredients for sauce and whisk in cornstarch.
Pour sauce over steak, peppers, and onions coating all.
Heat a large skillet with oil. Add in steak, peppers, and onions, cook on high heat until cooked through. Serve on a bed of white rice.
