Mexican Pizza


 Ingredients

1lb hamburger
6 tortillas, thin and medium sized
1 package of Mexican blend cheese
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1/3 c Worcestershire sauce
1 can refried beans
1/2 yellow onion finely chopped
Salsa and sour cream for topping



1. Lay out tortillas on a greased cookie sheet and heat in oven at 375ºF until warmed through

2. In a medium skillet saute onions until translucent; remove from heat and set aside in small bowl

3. brown hamburger till cooked through; drain and salt & pepper to taste

4. In a small bowl, mix taco seasonings and sprinkle over hamburger and add Worcestershire sauce and onions. Heat it through



 Assembling Pizzas

1. Spread about a tablespoon each of the beans on each tortilla.

2. spoon generous amount of taco beef/onion mixture on top of the beans.

3. Top with cheese










 Bake in oven at 350ºF for 20 minutes

Cut into wedges with a pizza cutter and top with sour cream and salsa
